Eat More Vegetables To Lose WeightThis Fat Guy loves to eat so I'm trying to find ways of making things bigger without adding calories.  I figure a big bowl of spicy hot chili filled with veggies is better then a little tiny girlie portion of fatty chili and nothing else.  Veggies are lower in fat and calories then what I really want to eat and usually cheaper to so if I mix them with the goodies then I have more goodies while keeping the calories and the cost down.

Perfect Poached EggsI grew up in a household that had a coffee can on the stove and that can was always filled with bacon grease and cooking eggs usually meant lots of that bacon grease along with lots of bacon and sausage too.  It's hard to believe I've become a fat guy huh?  Now that I'm trying not to be so fat I will often poach my eggs.  I know that maybe you're making a face thinking about sissy style poached eggs but they're really good on toast and you don't need any bacon grease for cooking them.

Snack Ideas For Your Healthy DietOne of the best things about healthy dieting and losing weight is that a Fat Guy like me can eat 5 or 6 times a day.  that doesn't mean I can have a double cheese burger with fries 5 times a day or eat doughnuts as snacks but I can eat 3 healthy means and 3 or 3 snacks in between.

Here's a list of this Fat Guy's favorite healthy snacks.  Yes, I did say "healthy" snacks so I have to leave off buffalo wings, blue cheese dip and beer but there's a time an place for those too.

If you're worried that preparing snacks is difficult, this youngster to the left is here to show you that making most of these snacks is child's play provided you get off you butt and make sure that you have some healthy ingredients laying around your house.

Eat every 3 hours as the experts tell us to do and you won't be hungry all day.

Healthy Breakfast Recipes And Dieting IdeasIf you're like this fat guy then you probably don't have time to eat breakfast but studies show that people that eat in the first hour of waking not only eat less through out the day but burn more calories.
